Case study Laura Schroter

Equestrian Reflections sponsor young event rider, Laura Schroter.

Laura left school after her A-levels to pursue a career with horses. She started out with a working pupil position at a top GB eventer’s yard and now works as a freelance rider and eventer.

She rides for two professional yards and for private owners. Last year, Laura passed the Pony Club A test with Distinction and is currently working towards the UKCC Level 2 coaching qualification.

Laura has a string of self-produced competition horses that she events up to BE Intermediate and 2* and show jumps up to BS 1.30m.

Laura’s aims are to compete at 3* in the next two years and to expand her team of owners and young talented horses.

Laura is delighted to be sponsored by Equestrian Reflections and believes the mirrors are a fundamental training aid for all three equestrian disciplines.
